Care Club FAQs
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $35 a month, or $300 a year. Paying annually is almost a 30% savings over monthly. Your member rates never change: $50 service calls instead of $235, and $135 emergency after-hours calls instead of $435.
Is there a contract or can I cancel?
Membership is a one-year agreement. If you paid annually and haven't used the service yet, you can cancel and be refunded for the remaining months, no questions asked. Once a service has been used, the contract remains in force for the full year and any remaining payments are still owed.
When does my membership start, and do I get paperwork?
Your membership takes effect 5 days after your initial payment. That is the time we need to get you into our system and validate your account. Your plan documents arrive in the mail. If you lose them, no problem: we can still pull up your membership using the phone number you used to sign up.
What counts as an emergency after-hours call?
Any urgent electrical problem outside regular business hours: a dead panel, a burning smell, sparking outlets, or a complete loss of power. Members pay $135 instead of the standard $435 after-hours rate.
Does the discount apply to big projects?
The member discount applies to repairs and service costs. For larger projects like panel upgrades or whole-home rewiring, ask us about member pricing when you get your quote.
