Scope: Replaced twelve 200A recalled Federal Pacific panels across a mixed-use property with tenant-in-place cutovers.

Challenge: Occupied units with 24/7 tenant operations and a Dominion Energy transformer that had to stay energized on the adjacent buildings.

Result: All twelve panels replaced over six consecutive weekends with under two hours of scheduled downtime per unit. Photographed circuit directories and inspection cards turned over on close.

Scope: Installed a 600A 480Y/277V three-phase service, motor control center, and process feeders for a light manufacturing tenant improvement.

Challenge: Aggressive schedule to hit an equipment delivery date, plus coordination with the utility for a new pad-mount transformer.

Result: Service energized four days ahead of the equipment ship date. All motor circuits labeled, arc-flash stickers applied, one-line drawings turned over as PDFs.

Scope: Design-build electrical for a 4,800 sq ft outpatient clinic including exam rooms, imaging, isolated-ground receptacles, and standby power tie-in.

Challenge: Owner needed a fixed price and a firm certificate of occupancy date to align with a new physician start.

Result: Lump-sum contract delivered inside GMP. CO issued on the target date. Nurse-call and low-voltage cabling installed under the same contract.

Scope: Replaced 214 T8 troffers and 32 metal-halide parking lot fixtures with LED equivalents and networked photo controls.

Challenge: Cash flow required the Dominion Energy Small Business Solutions rebate to be captured in the same tax year.

Result: 42% lighting energy reduction. Rebate paperwork approved on first submission. 22-month projected payback net of rebate.

Scope: Overnight emergency response to a failed 800A service disconnect at a distribution warehouse.

Challenge: Production-critical loads, next-morning shift start, and a factory-defect disconnect with a 3-week lead time on OEM replacement.

Result: Temporary 800A gear sourced and installed the same night. Permanent replacement scheduled and executed on a weekend cutover two weeks later. Zero missed shifts.

Scope: New 400A service, kitchen panel, hood shutdown wiring, and Ansul integration for a peninsula restaurant tenant improvement.

Result: Service and hood commissioned three days before opening. Health inspector and BAR signoff both cleared on first walkthrough.

Scope: Twelve networked Level 2 chargers with load management across a 240-unit multifamily property.

Challenge: Existing service could not support twelve simultaneous chargers without a costly upgrade.

Result: Load management commissioned at the site so the property added chargers without upsizing the service. Tenant billing integrated with property management software.

Scope: Annual NFPA 70B PM program covering refrigeration compressors, freezer motor loads, standby generator ATS, and life-safety.

Challenge: Prior electrical contractor left no baseline documentation of the facility.

Result: Full asset inventory, one-line, and PM calendar delivered in the first quarter. Two thermal hot spots corrected before either component failed.
