Our Process

1. Step 1: Baseline walkthrough

   We photograph and inventory every panel, disconnect, and major distribution point in the building, then build a maintenance schedule against the actual equipment vintage.

2. Step 2: Scheduled service visits

   Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual visits scheduled around your operating hours. Torque, thermal, functional, and safety checks are documented on every visit.

3. Step 3: Written report

   You receive a photographed report with condition ratings, corrected items, and prioritized recommendations for the next capital cycle.

4. Step 4: On-call between visits

   Existing maintenance customers get priority dispatch on any electrical emergency between scheduled visits, day or night.
