Scope of Work

• Load studies and demand calculations for service sizing
• One-line diagrams, panel schedules, and specification packages
• Coordination with architect, MEP, structural, and civil disciplines
• Dominion Energy service application, transformer coordination
• Value engineering against budget and schedule constraints
• Permit drawings stamped where required, permit acquisition
• Installation by in-house licensed electricians, not subcontractors
• Commissioning, punch, and inspection turnover

Our Process

1. Step 1: Discovery

   We meet with the owner and design team to understand program, budget, and schedule, then produce a rough load and cost order of magnitude.

2. Step 2: Design

   We produce load calcs, one-lines, panel schedules, and specifications, then coordinate with the utility and AHJ.

3. Step 3: Contract

   Design is priced as GMP or lump sum, with allowances called out and unit prices for change management.

4. Step 4: Build

   In-house crews install to the drawings, we chair coordination meetings, and we turn over the finished system with as-builts and O&M.
