Our Process
Step 1: Design
We plan drop counts, riser paths, and rack locations against your floor plan and IT requirements.
Step 2: Rough-in
Low-voltage rough is run parallel to electrical to minimize trips and openings in occupied buildings.
Step 3: Termination and test
Every drop is terminated to industry standard and tested with a Fluke or equivalent certifier; results are provided to the owner.
Step 4: Handoff
Patch panels are labeled, rack elevations are documented, and your IT vendor can plug in and go.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you install fire alarm systems?
South Carolina requires a separate fire alarm license. We coordinate with licensed fire alarm installers on our projects and handle all conduit rough-in for the fire alarm cabling.
Can you install cabling in an occupied building?
Yes. Most low-voltage work is done during business hours from above accessible ceilings, or after hours where noise or ceiling access is disruptive.
Do you provide test results for each data drop?
Yes. Every Cat6/6A drop is certified with a professional test set, and the results are turned over to the owner as a PDF.
